Well, if I were in love with somebody, I’d take him. And…I’d take my mom. [Laughs]

So family is very important to you?
Family is very important. Actually I have three priorities in life. My main priority is my family, then my career, and then my school.

How did you get into modeling?
Ever since I was young, I’d go to the mall and get approached by modeling agents, but I never considered it seriously. I was getting big agencies, like people from Elle, but I just never took it seriously. Then I got a little older, and when I think I was about 18, I figured, “It could be fun.” I went to nursing school for a while, but now I’m doing this, so it’s fun.

Have you ever done any acting or anything like that?
No, never.

Would you?
Yeah, why not! I mean, I’m willing to try anything new—I’m very spontaneous.

Are you single?
I am. I don’t have a boyfriend…

What’s the best pickup line you’ve ever heard?
I don’t know if I can remember…I have no idea. I’ve gotten some good ones, but I can’t remember. They’re usually so cheesy.

What do you look for in a guy?
Oh wow. You know, I’m really picky. I like the guys that are old fashioned— guys that are gentlemen, you know, respectful, caring. Honestly, a guy has to have a sense of himself. He has to be goal-oriented and he has to be going to school or have a career. He has to be doing something with his life. I can’t be with a bum. He has to have a good personality, but doesn’t really have to look all that good. I’ve dated guys who looked good but they just had nothing up in the head and it was a waste of my time. So preferably, I like a guy who’s well-rounded, smart, has a career, who’s stable, knows what he wants, is a man, is respectful, and shows care for his woman. I don’t like players. I like good boys. I don’t know why, but I’m really into that.

Say you’re getting to know a guy and you ask how many girls he’s slept with. What number would he say to make you think he was a total sleaze ball?
Over five. It’s not that I wouldn’t date someone who’s had more. But if he’s had a lot of women he might give me a hard time because I’m not that kind of girl. I don’t like men who need to sexually force themselves. But it depends on your age too, because you can’t have a guy who’s forty and expect him to be with five girls.

What could a stranger say to you that would most likely lead to him getting a date?
First of all he’d have to look presentable, because I can tell a lot from that. Then he’d have to talk very intelligently—like he knows what he’s talking about. Other than that I have no idea…someone real. I don’t like anyone fake or cheesy. I just want them to be themselves. And I can kinda tell. It doesn’t matter what they say as long as they’re respectful. And it helps if they’re funny too.

What’s your absolute favorite thing to do?
I love to eat, I love my friends, and I love to dance. I also love to be spontaneous. I love anything new or creative, or something that I’ve never done before. I love trying new things. If I could travel all over the world, I would.

What kind of car do you drive?
Oh God, are you really going to print this? [Laughs] I drive a really crappy Scion. It’s okay, but if you want to get me a car, I really want a Benz.

Is that your dream car?
No.

What is your dream car?
Well, umm…a Lamborghini Diablo.

Does it matter what kind of car a guy drives?
No. You know what, I dated someone with a really crappy car and it never mattered to me. But I’d see him every day and it’d just be falling apart, and that matters. But if it’s not too crappy and bummy looking then, no, it doesn’t really matter. I don’t care about that very much.

Who’s the one celebrity you hope to meet some day?
Channing Tatum. I love him. He’s my fantasy.

What do you think is your best feature?
I think it’s my eyes or my lips. For non-physical traits, umm…I think I have a good heart. I get along with pretty much anyone. And I’m very smart. [Laughs]
